Relationship and Communication
I have a keen interest in the psychology of human behaviour. I am naturally curious about what influences our relationships, how we communicate and how we can communicate effectively. I have decided to learn more about this. I will be chronicling my journey on my blog and exploring how this influences my professional relationships.
Mentoring
I am not a professional mentor (I am working my way towards a formal qualification in counselling). I am just really enthusiastic about helping others. I will like to offer my time to women looking to get into public speaking. I can help you with a safe place to go over your topic, submitting pitches and review your presentation.
Speaking
I bring a dynamic and energy that is contagious. I like to break down challenging problems into an easily understood practical solution. I believe my point of view and my way of expressing information is unique and I would love to share that with others. Also, I was named by The Telegraph as one of the outstanding speakers of BrightonSEO 2018.
This is me
Like most people, I got into Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) by accident. I came to the UK having studied Theater Arts for my first degree to undertake a Masters in Digital Media. One internship later, I became an SEO Consultant and the rest is history. I am an In-house SEO Lead.
I provide expertise in SEO and Data Strategy to resolve challenging problems and implement practical and pragmatic solutions. Being able to do this for stakeholders has fostered growth in client relationship and retention with results I am proud of.
For me, the most exciting part of the SEO industry apart from delivering growth for my clients is the constant evolution of the SERPs and discovering new problems to solve.
I love sharing my stories on what I have learnt on my 10-year journey. I have spoken at conferences such as MozCon, SMX, BrightonSEO and Women in TechSEO.
